Casa di Noce was rebuilt and completed in 2005, using original materials. The house is furnished to a high degree belying the rustic external appearance blending in with the surrounding countryside. Contemporary furnished rooms provide a light and relaxing atmosphere. All rooms are centrally heated. Windows are fitted with insect screens, allowing you to enjoy the fresh air without fear of being bothered by nuisance bugs.
We offer at Casa di Noce two ensuite rooms, with towels provided. Sibillini room has a roomy matrimonial bed and San Martino room has twin beds. Each of the rooms have a welcome tray and tea/coffee making facilities with TV. A hair drier, iron and ironing board are available on request. Breakfast is continental style and an evening meal can be available. To make guests stay as comfortable as possible we apply a no-smoking policy throughout the house. We regret to inform that the house is not suitable for young children.
Breakfast is served in the spacious sitting room or enjoy it ‘al fresco’ under the portico.
Summertime is also when you can take pleasure in the outside life when we enjoy a BBQ.
Too hot? Then cool down in our latest addition a relaxing pool ‘sopra terra’ style.
As soon as you step outside you will be overwhelmed by the beauty of the location. The immediate vicinity offers numerous and varied types of bird and animal life, with woods bursting with wildflowers. The area is also ideal for those who like to seek out fossils. There are numerous navigable paths for cycling or walking, ideal for rambling.
